Company founded
EKVATOR-RN starts as a team of specialists focused on quality work and long-term partnerships.
- 2004
Growing cooperation
We begin working as a subcontractor to major general contractors on large projects.
- 2006
First general contract
Three family houses in Babice, east of Prague.
- 2008
First public contract
Complete interior renovation of the Czech Radio building on Vinohradská street, Prague.
- 2012
Largest residential subcontract
Concrete, masonry and plastering for Rezidence Golf in Prague-Hostivař.
- 2014
First public building
All monolithic structures of the modern Park Malešice.
- 2015
First historic renovation
Full renovation of an apartment house on Petrské náměstí, including the façade and a new roof.
- 2017
Restructuring
We streamline processes, strengthen key teams and invest in machinery.
- 2019
Our own offices
The growing team moves into modern offices in Prague-Karlín.
- 2020
First contract over CZK 100 million
24 family houses at Ďáblice Observatory as general contractor.
- 2025
Satalice
We hand over 48 terraced houses in Satalice and break ground on Dolní Měcholupy.
