The Beneath the Ďáblice Observatory development, approved for occupancy in 2022, is one of our key projects: 24 modern family houses with 5–6 rooms in Prague 8.
As general contractor we delivered all work turnkey, from foundations to final finishes, including the utility connections.
We used modern construction methods and paid close attention to material quality and workmanship, creating a comfortable and safe place to live.
