Malvazinky Family Houses

Four terraced 4-room houses on a wooded hillside.

Malvazinky is a development in Prague 5 right at the edge of the forest. As general contractor we built four terraced houses with four rooms plus kitchen – each with two terraces, a private garden and two parking spaces.

The design works with the slope: from Hillebrantova street the houses read as single-storey, with the entrance on the second floor, while on the valley side all three storeys step down into the landscape.
