48 terraced houses, 4 to 5 rooms, each with a terrace.
We built 48 terraced family houses in four variants, with layouts from 4 to 5 rooms plus kitchen, up to 160 m² of floor area and a terrace.
Our priority was precise, high-quality execution of every detail, so the finished houses meet the highest standards of modern, comfortable living.
Construction began in autumn 2023 and was completed in August 2025.
